Please note that CWDkids requires that billing information be verified
by the credit card issuing bank. US banks participate in Address Verification Services (AVS)
to help eliminate fraudulent orders. If you have a credit card issued by
a US bank, we should be able to verify your credit card. However, many
international banks do not provide AVS information. If your bank is unable
to verify your credit card, we will be unable to release your order for processing.
In addition, all international orders MUST be shipped to your billing address,
the same address to which your credit card statement is sent. We are unable to ship to
alternative addresses even if they are within the US.

Once you have submitted your order, it will be shipped by UPS International. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We regret that we cannot ship international orders Overnight or Express.

You will be charged only for merchandise that is available in our warehouse. If any item is out of stock or on backorder, it will be cancelled from your order.
CWDkids accepts merchandise returned within 12 months of the original shipment date — no questions asked. Please note, shipping charges will not be credited back.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed on international orders, but we will be happy to issue credit for your return and place a new order for you. Read more about our US Returns and Exchanges policy here.

You, the customer, are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. For information on duties and import restrictions, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that should you refuse your shipment by not paying those charges, CWDkids will not issue credit for your order as we will not pay to have the package returned to us and the customs office will destroy the merchandise. Please check with your local office before making a purchase.
